Requesting a Return
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Include the order or invoice reference and clear photographs or other details that help us review the issue.
Because industrial tools and equipment may be sourced specifically against a customer requirement, returns and refunds are handled based on product condition, order terms and the reason for the request.

Eligibility
Return eligibility may depend on the product category, condition, whether the item was specially procured, and the terms agreed at the time of sale. Used, altered, installed or damaged products may not be eligible unless the issue is attributable to a confirmed product defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Where an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or does not match the confirmed order, we may arrange replacement, return, credit or another appropriate resolution depending on availability and circumstances.
Defective Products
Where a product has a manufacturer warranty, warranty support may apply according to the manufacturer’s terms. We may assist with the coordination of a warranty claim where applicable.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, the refund method and timing depend on the original payment method and the payment or banking provider’s processing timelines. Applicable shipping or other charges may be treated according to the order terms.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch whenever possible. Once a product has been dispatched or specially procured, cancellation may be subject to the applicable order terms and costs already incurred.
Non-Returnable / Special Procurement
Customized, specially sourced, bulk-ordered or procurement-specific products may be non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied. The applicable terms can be confirmed before order acceptance.
